Coverage

XO Platinum HDMI cables carry a 2-year (24 month) warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's not covered

Damage from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear (such as connector plating wear over extended use) isn't covered under this warranty.

Making a claim

Email support@sasteminc.com with your original invoice or receipt from Sastem Inc, a description of the fault, and — where possible — a photo. We'll confirm next steps once we've reviewed the claim.

Shipping damage vs. warranty faults

If an item arrived damaged in transit, that's handled under our Returns & Refund Policy instead — contact us within 7 days of delivery for those cases.
