Delivery Information

Sastem Inc is based in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. This site is a catalogue — to place an order, contact us with the item you're after and we'll confirm pricing and arrange dispatch. Orders are packed and dispatched from the US via USPS or UPS, as compactly as possible using quality mailing materials.

Domestic delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email confirming its status. Goods usually arrive within 3–5 business days within the United States. Please allow up to 7 business days after dispatch before contacting us about a delay — this is separate from the 7-day window for reporting a damaged delivery, below.

International delivery

We ship to most international destinations via USPS International or UPS. There are no hidden surcharges: delivery cost is based on the size, weight and value of your order, and international shipments may be subject to customs duties in the destination country.
